 This website is new and in the process of being developed.  But we are also anxious to tell you about our organization - so we've decided to publish our website as we develop it.  So we ask that you forgive us for content that should be here that isn't, and that you visit us often to see changes as our website matures.

Friends of the Chestnut Hill Library sponsor Post-Caroling reception


The 66th  Caroling at the Crèche in Chestnut Hill will take place on December 17, 2018 in front of the Santander Bank  on Germantown Avenue.

As in previous years, the Chestnut Hill Library Friends will host a community reception from 8 until 9 p.m. at the Library.  Refreshment will be donated by Chestnut Hill merchants.  Please join the festivities!

Founded in the 1970s, the Chestnut Hill Library Friends is an organization of community members dedicated to promoting knowledge of the needs and values of our library and to raising funds and encouraging gifts for its support.  

Get Involved

Everyone in our community is welcome to become a member of the Chestnut Hill Library Friends.

Membership is a way of showing you understand the importance of our community library and you have a commitment to help support our library.   You may choose to join one of our committees as a volunteer and have a voice in helping us plan the projects we undertake and the programs and events we sponsor.
