Get Involved

Everyone in our community is welcome to become a member of the Chestnut Hill Library Friends.

Membership is a way of showing you understand the importance of our community library and you have a commitment to help support our library.   You may choose to join one of our committees as a volunteer and have a voice in helping us plan the projects we undertake and the programs and events we sponsor.

We regret we cannot currently accept donations of used books.

The Friends of the Chestnut Hill Library has temporarily suspended the weekly book sale.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but the library is unable to accept used book donations.

Thank you for your consideration and cooperation.

We have temporarily suspended our weekly book sale.

The Friends would love to keep our book sale going, but for many reasons we have chosen to temporarily suspend the weekly sale, and consider options for moving forward.

We invite you to help us. If you have experience or ideas about how we can reinvent the sale, please, let us know.

Your support and contributions will enable the Chestnut Hill Library Friends make our library, one of the best community libraries, even better.

The Friends of the Chestnut Hill Library is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity – your donation is tax deductible.
